Crème Caramel
Ingredients: (makes 6/8 individual portions )
Milk 400 ml
Sugar 70 g
Vanilla sugar 1 tea spoon
Egg 4 eggs about 200 g
Caramel
Sugar 100 g
Water 30 ml
